Shipping policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped out weekly on Mondays, depending on availability, store hours, and holidays. Delivery timelines expressed on the website are the communicated time ranges of our shipping partners (typically we ship via USPS or UPS) and do not include time for processing, packing, and shipping from our store. 

We do our best to keep track of inventory, but occasionally we will run out of stock. If this happens, we’ll reach out and give you the option to either receive a refund, or wait until a restock is available and ship it out to you as soon as possible. 

IN STORE PICKUP 

A new feature we also offer in-store pickup during business hours. We strive to fulfill in-store pickup orders as soon as possible, and they’re often ready within just a couple hours, but to be safe, allow us to fulfill your order first before stopping by the shop. We’ll send you a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY 

Doggie Beach thanks our local patrons! Now available, free and low-cost delivery for local delivery destinations.

With a minimum $10 order, we'll hand deliver your order to your door, Mondays through Thursdays. Just select 'Local Delivery' during checkout.
